At the time of payment of the first premium itself client gets accident insurance coverage. The Insurance benefit for surgeries such as Hysterectomy, Hernia, Piles etc. will be available only after two or three years from the date of payment of the premium, depending on your Insurance provider. But none of the Insurance Companies will pay for disposable items used for you in the hospital.
At the time of admission or before admission, a pre-authorization form will be filled up and sent to the Insurance Company by the doctor. Sometimes the Insurance Company may ask for more details about the treatment. Normally final bill amount is received from the Company by 6pm on the evening of the patient’s discharge.
Normally, the Insurance Company does not accept all bills purchased from outside Pharmacies. In certain cases, if the patient has to buy medicines from outside as prescribed by a doctor, the bills should be submitted to the Insurance Desk and at the time of discharge the patient can claim the amount.
Benefit for all Surgeries and Procedures depends upon the Patient’s Insurance Policy. For minor procedures and surgeries, insurance benefit is available only if the patient has been admitted for at least one day (24 hours). If the patient is admitted only for Investigation such as Lab tests, ECG, X-ray, Scans, etc. they will not get the Insurance benefit.
Our hospital is a multi- specialty hospital including visiting consultant in certain departments. The services of all the doctors are available full time.
Phone Booking facility is available from 6 pm to 8 pm every day. But for personal reasons certain doctors don’t allow Phone Booking.

Vaccination for all infants is available from Monday to Saturday (9 am to 2 pm).
All OP’s are available from 8.30 am to 1 pm. Usually you have to wait 30 to 45 minutes to see the consultant. In case of emergency you visit the Casualty Medical Officer or book the phone in advance Or else you can inform to the Guest Relation Assistant.

Medications that are taken daily can definitely be kept on hand. The concerned doctor and ward Nurse should be informed about the medication being used daily and they should record it on the chart and give the necessary instructions.
The discharge Summary provided by the ward Nurse at the time of discharge, in the Summary it may indicate the time of the next review and the phone number.
If the doctor you see at this hospital refer to another doctor, the OP staff should inform you that the reception and then take you to the doctor who prescribed it, and continue to help. If the doctor recommends to another hospital kindly take the reference letter too.
If you need treatment certificate/ reports from the hospital, you can approach to the doctor who treated you.
Visitors are allowed in compliance with the Covid 19 criteria
Aadhar Card, Reference letter if the patient has been referred from another hospital, documents related to treatment, prescriptions given by the doctor.
